Los Sueños Beach Resort is a thoughtfully planned ocean front community on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. Located on a private island (with road access over a short bridge) with sandy beach-front, sweeping views and striking architecture. This premier beach front community is located only one hour from the capital city of Managua, 35 minutes from Leon and 5 minutes from the quaint fishing town of Puerto Sandino.  

This community of over 250 acres is master planned over a mile (1.6 kms) of gentle sandy beach and 2 miles (3 kms) of river frontage. Access to the resort is via an asphalt paved road and a short, ferry ride that will take you to the resort.

Our clients will enjoy the convenience of first-class facilities at the beachfront hotel, clubhouse, restaurants, bars, outdoor pools, tennis courts, convenience stores, marina, and fishing charter operation. There is excellent deep sea fishing and surfing accessible from the beach.

Currently, we have a small lodge for guests under renovation & Sueños offers site seeing and river trips as well as fishing charters. In 2008, we will be expanding the accommodation around the existing lodge to include  bungalows. Included in these plans are the amenities required for a relaxing long term stay at Los Sueños. 

Los Sueños Beach Resort is located at the south end of a 7 mile (11 km) island paradise. The masterplan incorporates walkways, a trail system and boardwalks to access areas such as the town center, hotel, villas, the river & ocean walkway, and the marina. The southern end of the island is completely private, exclusive and pristine. 

The development is blessed with being one of only two resorts in the country of Nicaragua with a paved road all the way to the development. The 250 meter ferry ride then joins you with the project. The easy access, along with the close proximity to the colonial city of Leon (35 minutes), are significant benefits for the project. 

The resort will have property management, first-class telecommunications (including high speed internet access), and full time security. We offer shuttle service to Leon, Managua, and the Managua Airport. As the project matures we anticipate shuttles three times daily.  

The town center plans include convenience stores, shopping, a wellness centre and all the needs for a relaxed lifestyle. Surrounding the town center will be green space and the laguna. The laguna will remain as a nature water reserve with fish & wildlife for the enjoyment of our guests.
