The Playground of the Americas

Los Sueños Beach Resort is an ocean front community on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. Located on a private island (with bridge access) with sandy beach-front and sweeping views. This premier beach front community is located only one hour from the capital city of Managua, 35 minutes from Leon and 5 minutes from the town of Puerto Sandino.  

The project is accessible by two routes; the road (Salines Grandes) or via a ferry (Puerto Sandino).  The road to Puerto Sandino is asphalt paved road and is planned to be resurfaced by the Millenium Challenge Corp (USAID).
