Los Sueños Beach Resort is a thoughtfully planned ocean front community on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. Located on a private island (with bridge access) with sandy beach-front, sweeping views and striking architecture. This premier beach front community is located only one hour from the capital city of Managua, 35 minutes from Leon and 5 minutes from the town of Puerto Sandino.
This community of over 25 acres is master planned and title insured. This resort contains over 800 meters of gentle sandy beach. The project is accessible by two routes; the road (Salines Grandes) or via a ferry (Puerto Sandino). The road to Puerto Sandino is asphalt paved road and is planned to be resurfaced by the Millenium Challenge Corp (USAID).
Our clients can enjoy a soon to be completed beachfront surf lodge at the project. The lodge, restaurant & bar are an incredible place to spend the weekend and get a feel for this incredible project. Nature is everywhere here, and the beach is among the safest in Nicaragua.

Los Sueños Beach Resort is located at the south end of a 7 mile (11 km) island paradise. The masterplan incorporates 11.2 kilometers of walkways, a trail system and boardwalks to access areas such as the town center, hotel, villas, the river & ocean walkway, and the marina.
The resort will have property management, first-class telecommunications (including high speed internet access), professional construction management and an organized team.
