The Clubhouse and a small hotel (our 'hotelito') are in design and scheduled to start construction in 2008. This building will be three stories high -- the first level will be house the clubhouse - lounges, restaurant, common swimming pool and fitness area.  The top two levels will be the 16 room hotelito that will be an active hotel and rooms for your guests.   Next to the hotel & clubhouse, will be located turn key bungalows.  The bungalows will be seperate from the hotel and yet close enough to use the amenities.

The views from the suites will be to the Pacific Ocean, down the coast, over the estuary toward Momotombo volcano.  

The hotelito is a strata building, and will be sold to individual owners. Each room is available to the owner for personal use. In other times, the room will join a pool to be marketed as part of the hotel offering. Each owner participates in the net profit of the overall room rental operations.
