Los Suenos was designed to create a pedestrian friendly & active community. Our masterplan includes the follow:

  • Hotel & Clubhouse with 16 suites, restaurant, infinity pool, spa & weight room, lounging area, poolside bar, business center, housekeeping, gift shop, medical office, parking, rental center and administration.
  • Boardwalk on the river and ocean, with palm trees, grass, paved walkway, retaining wall & steps down to the beach. The paved walkway will continue throughout the project. The paved walkways will be suitable for bikes, roller blades, wheelchairs, and strollers.
  • Access walkways throughout the development. Beach walkways will have a shower at the end and a rancho on the beach (for hanging your towel or sitting in a hammock). The walkways are design for walking access through the entire project.
  • Lodge on the river with an attached marina will house charter fishing clients. The marine is in the estuary with a section of the marina in the laguna. Half of the laguna is a pond & the other half is for boats and moorage. House will be located on the pond and mooring sides of the laguna.
  • Villas/townhouses in this area will have the projects second pool. The units will be 3 storeys to take advantage of the incredible vistas.
  • There is a ferry to Pto. Sandino(5 minutes) and a shuttle stations for day trips to Leon, Managua, etc.
  • The nature reserve area on the estuary is incorporated into the landscape plan. There is raised walkway through the mangrove and a burm around the perimeter of the mangrove area.
  • The Town centre (market, shopping, restaurants, etc) is located in the centre of Los Suenos. There will be a beachfront restaurant, a riverfront restaurant, tennis courts, soccer field, medical facility, parkland, villas, ranch lots, equestrian area and much more.
