For your convenience and state of mind, Los Suenos, Nicaragua will have a fully operational medical facility on-site.   The neighbouring building to the hotel will include the medical center.   We are currently negotiating the installation of a world renowned pain therapy clinic.  The design would be to invite international guests to the facility for pain resolution therapy.  We hope to have an announcement shortly on this initiative.

There will also be a medical center which will have certified staff to assist with your care in the town centre. The fully built development version will feature a reception/check-in area, exam room, laboratory and equipment such as wheelchairs, crutches, etc. 

The closest existing hospital at this time is in Leon, less than a 30 minute drive away.  Additionally, a new Leon hospital is to set to start construction in 2008. This 55,000 square foot facility is on the northern edge of Leon and has been financed by an American church group, Bethesda. This new hospital is both private and public, and will be staffed by US trained physicians. The construction budget is $18 million dollars.  The construction permits have been issued for this hospital project and we anticipate this hospital will be ready by 2010.
