Now is the time to start designing your dream home at Los Suenos Island Resort. With construction slated to start 2008, taking the time to design your home lets you take advantage of less expensive changes in the longer run.

We are working with a Mr. Jose Mantica, Mantica Architecto SA, to develop a variety of housing styles for you. The following is example available through the project office.

We feel that it is very important to the project to promote and make the process of building, as easy as possible.   We are very flexible with regards to assisting with construction of your houses.  

One extremely important benefit of Los Suenos is our construction plan.   We are willing to build you a spec. home, a custom house or simply oversee the construction by another qualified Nicaraguan builder.  It is all up to the respective owner to decide.   We want to build as promptly as possible.  It is our goal to build the community services and then have the owners build residences.  Our view is "build them, and they will come".  

With the close proximity to Leon, you are also assured to have a rental strong revenue.  If you choose to put your property in the rental pool you should expect excellent returns...the tourism numbers are rising annually at 15% & tourists are looking for top quality accommodation on the beach, which is in very short supply.

 According to our bylaws, each lot purchaser has a period of five years to start building on the property.
