In March 2008, Los Suenos Resort received a title insurance policy commitment on its lands from Land America Insurance.

Land America is a large US based title insurance company and is listed on the NYSE. Land America does extensive business in Costa Rica, and has been analyzing many offerings in Nicaragua. Los Suenos Resort is the first project acceptable to its underwriting department in the country. While breaking new ground, Los Suenos is also breaking new barriers in becoming the first insured parcel on the 7 mile island oasis called Isla Real Las Penas, where it resides. This beautiful beach expanse has over 5 developments striving for insurance recognition over the last 3 years.
