Each residential unit will be built to maximize the rental pool potential. A standard unit will be 3 bedroom with 2 kitchens. The interior arrangement will facilitate the rental of a 3 bedroom unit, a 2 bed + 1 bed combination with either the 1 bedroom upstairs or downstairs. The owner can also be present and have rental income simultaneously. This density is not approved as yet by the local authorites. The design work is to be ready in the upcomign spring.
